SAFW spring/summer collections '15
Today marks the end of what was a fantastic fashionable week. Some of South Africa's talented designers showcased their spring/summer collections at the Crowne Plaza in Rosebank.
The shows were nothing short of interesting and showed a lot of potential that "us" designers have,with that said,I applaud all the degners and their brilliant work.

STUTTAFORDS Rosebank Re-Launch
Rosebank Mall (Johannesburg) has recently revamped and I'm loving the new look and changes.
Stuttafords is one of the most successful retail brands that got a little touch up. The official store opening was on the 31st of July and 4Elements Media hosted the VIP bash.
Stuttafords is well known for their wide variety of exclusive brands and what girl isn't a little brand conscious. I'd like to think that Stuttafords has a brand for almost everyone. A few of the brands that really impressed me were, Pringle, Polo, Banana Republic and Ted Baker.
I really fell in love with Ted Baker,although it's a little bit matured for my liking but I won't be looking back from here on.

The event was successful,I hardly contained my excitement as this was my first attendance at any store opening and it was a valid reason for shopping,right? I sure will be seeing Stuttafords again.

My little piece of Heaven
"Everything you choose to surround yourself with is a reflection of you." Not sure if this is one of those quotes I've read before or just a mere thought I came up with,either way I certainly believe it.
My surrounding always determines my mood,ambiance is everything to me basically. And my "Little piece if Heaven" is just the perfect place.
I probably don't know all the a's and b's when it comes to interior design but design is just design,right? And well,I have a good eye for nice things,so I've been told (by myself).

"To have and to hold."
Bags are to me what shoes are to most women. I'm not so big on accessorizing and I always keep it simple although I do comprise when it comes to any type of bag. From shoulder bags,clutches,shopper bags and luggage (which I'm completely obsessed over) you name it,I'm all over it.
A good bag goes a long way and just like shoes,you can never have too many. As they say,one can tell a persons personality from the shoes they're wearing and I think the same goes for bags. I don't know if it's one of the gifts that come along with being a fashion designer or stylist but I can pretty much tell who you might be as a person from a simple glimpse of your bag. (I'm more than willing to be tested on this one.)
I recently watched 'The Devil Wears Prada' for like the hundredth time and this quote pretty much sums it up.
